Was the daughter of Allaudin Khan and ex-wife of Ravi Shankar. She is a wonderful sitar and surbahar player and has taught Hari Prasd Chaurasia. Unfortunately for us, in her own right, she retired from worldy affairs and never recorded any LPs. These are rare recordings.
